I am SO excited to do this post...I entered a contest through FoodBuzz and am now a Pom (pomegranate company) dinner host!!! The company was so gracious and mailed me not one, but TWO cases full of beautifully plump Pomegranates to assist me in making a full dinner for about 6-8 guests.
I couldn't have been more excited to come home and see these boxes in the garage. Hooray!! Not only that, but they also sent me a separate box full of goodie bags for my dinner party guests. Each guest gets a reusable Pom bag filled with wonderful coupons and recipes. Basically, I put together a gourmet evening using all the wonderful ingredients POM sent me, and then I blog about it!! Fans then vote and the winners get prizes. I am thrilled.
